**30-Day Money-Back Guarantee**
We want you to love your Nuro massager. If you're not happy with it for any reason, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a full refund — no hard feelings.
**How it works**
1. Email us at alessiosula1@gmail.com (or use our contact page) with your order number and a short note on what wasn't right.
2. We'll confirm your refund within 1 business day. In most cases you keep the massager — we don't ask you to pay return shipping.
3. Your refund goes back to your original payment method and typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
**12-Month Replacement Warranty**
Every Nuro massager is covered by a 12-month replacement warranty. If it develops a fault within 12 months of delivery, contact us with your order number and a photo or video of the issue and we'll send a replacement free of charge.
**Damaged or faulty on arrival**
If your order arrives damaged or not working, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — your choice.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

**Free shipping, always.**
- **United Kingdom:** free shipping on every order. Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 3–8 business days of dispatch.
- **United States:** free shipping on every order. Orders are dispatched from our US warehouse and typically arrive within 3–5 business days of dispatch.
**Tracking:** you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
**Address changes:** need to fix a delivery address? Email alessiosula1@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it before dispatch.
**Delays:** occasionally carriers run behind. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the dispatch email, contact us and we'll chase it or send a replacement.
